Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve load response by a method wherein the transition of the deviation between a speed reference value and a speed feedback signal and torque direction are detected and a current reference signal is corrected by feeding a correction signal increasing positive or negative accelerating torque. CONSTITUTION:When a DC motor 1 is operated at fixed speed, both switch circuits 22, 23 are in off status as the deviation between a speed reference value S1 and a speed feedback signal S2 scarcely exists. Therefore, in this status, the DC motor 1 is operated and controlled based on a current reference signal S3 obtained by proportionally integrating the deviation between the speed reference signal S1 and the speed feedback singal S2. When a motor load is increased or decreased, a variation in load is detected from the speed reference value S1, speed feedback signal S2 and positive and negative torque singals S5, S6 and a correction signal increasing positive or negative torque is supplied to a speed control circuit 10.
