CONSTITUTION:The partitioning apparatus 2 comprises the first partition 12 and the second partition 13 that are connected via a connecting means 11 in a foldable manner, and the one end of the first partition 12 is rotatably supported at the rear of the erected seat back 6 by a first axis member 14 and the one end of the second partition 13 is rotatably supported to the back of the seat back 6 by a second axis member 15. When the seat back 6 is laid down forward, the first and second partitions 12, 13 are extended, and supported to the car body by latch means 16. Thus, an isolated room 56 for holding baggage, etc. can be formed which is separated from the upper space of the rear room.
