PURPOSE:To let a consumed horsepower get near a required horsepower by detecting a control signal for a directional control valve and a discharged pressure of a hydraulic pump and feeding back them to control a revolution speed of an engine. CONSTITUTION:Controlling of a revolution number of an engine is made by shifting a throttling lever from a position 9 to 9' to operate a governor 12 of the engine via links 10, 11. A cylinder 13 which contains a piston 17 made up of a large diameter part 17a and a small diameter part 17b is linked to a link mechanism, which performs a flow rate feedback by transferring a pressure Pp correspondent to a controlled level of a directional control valve into a left chamber of the large diameter part 17a, and a flow rate feedback by transferring a discharged pressure Pm of a hydraulic pump into a left chamber of the small diameter part 17b.
