Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect the measured length of the sample of the electrophoresis pattern by calculating the sampling number of the electrophoresis pattern from its start to the end and that of the first change point to the end from the end by a micro-computer. CONSTITUTION:The density variation of the electrophoresis pattern from its start to the end is detected by an optical sensor 12 and they are converted to digital data.
