Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent leakage flux from a rotor magnetic plate while improving torque and efficiency by mounting the rotor magnetic plate to the lower end of a revolving body through a pushing consisting of a nonmagnetic material and a spacer by means of a bolt. CONSTITUTION:The rotor magnetic plate 5a composed of a hysteresis material is mounted to the lower end of the revolving body 1 through the bashings 9 consisting of the nonmagnetic material and the spacers 10 by means of the bolts 7. According to this constitution, leakage flux to the rotor 1 side from the rotor magnetic plate 5a is shielded by the bushings 9 and the spacers 10, magnetic flux density in the rotor magnetic plate 5a is increased, high torque is obtained and the efficiency of a motor can be improved.
