Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten a time required for blood coagulation and to perform an improved separation of a serum component and a blood clot, by a method wherein particles of an amine compound and an inorganic oxide of a quaternary group element in periodic table are caused to exist at an inner wall surface. CONSTITUTION:Either of thermoplastic synthetic rsin, thermosetting synthetic resin, and denatured natural resin may be used as a starting resin for receptacle or spirit. Either of primary-tertiary amine compound may be used as an amine compound, and heptylamine, N(2-hydroxy-3-lauroxypropyl) ethanolamine, lauryldiethanolamine are used. A minute particle of a quaternary inorganic oxide indicates a minute particle shape or an impalpable powdery state of an oxide such as silicon, titanium, diriconium. Fatty group monoalcohol is used as a bleed out promotor. The use of the spirit produced in this invention accelerates blood coagulation and improves a serum separation condition as well.
