CONSTITUTION:A lubricant layer where fine powder of a fluororesin having the lubricating function such as resin of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, or trichlorofluoroethylene, and perfluoroalkyl betaine having the surface activity, lubricating function, and conductivity are dispersed in a binder such as a rubber- like resin, is provided on the opposite face of a base material which has a magnetic layer on one face.
