Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a uniformly paint-applied surface without uneven coating, by applying paint to a groove formed on the surface of the titled plate, and then injecting pressurized air into the groove.

In this way, a paint film having uniform thickness without uneven coating is formed, and excess paint is removed at the same time.
