Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a solid colored body having excellent fixing properties and dryness of drawn surface, suitale for use in the repair of furniture, for use as a marker for glass and useful for pictures, consisting of a colorant, a capsule using a resin soln. as a core material and a binder.
CONSTITUTION: A solid colored body consists at least of a colorant such as an org. or inorg. pigment, or a mixture of a colorant and a small amount of a dye added thereto, a capsule having a particle size of 0.1W1mm and contg. a resin soln. as a core material and a binder such as calcined gypsum or PVA, said resin soln. being obtd. by dissolving a resin such as a (meth)acrylic resin, PVC or PS in a solvent such as toluene or trichloroethylene. This colorant is solid, but can be coated as smooth as liquid paint. The solvent is little vaporized. The colorant is stable with time, and excellent in dryness of drawn surface.
