The signal SG is applied to a sequence control circuit 35 to generate a strobe pulse ST, a signal SF which requests the next sample in a sequence consisting of M-number of samples, and a resampling request signal SM for generating a sequence S0 consisting of N-number of samples from this sample. An example for M=7 and N=4 is shown in table.
