Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the numerical data having no relation with the fixing of bit in the form of a specific sequence data, by fixing the bits at and after the one related to the comparison at ''0'' or ''1''. CONSTITUTION:A strobe signal (d) functions as a shift pulse to a shift register 2, and the bits of the same bit weight are successively delivered from the registers 21-2n and at the side of an MSB. These bit outputs are fetched to a bit comparator 4 via the bit fixing circuits 31-3n for comparison and decision of the bit state. The circuit 4 produces a specific sequence data based on the result of comparison and at the same time delivers the bit fixing control signals (f) and (g) to the circuits 31-3n to fix when necessary the bit state delivered from the circuits 31-3n.
