Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently recover low-temperature waste heat in the form of motive power without using any energy but the waste heat itself, by utilizing a cold source based on a method of absorption-type refrigeration caused by the waste heat, to cool the working vapor of a waste-heat-employing Rankine cycle to liquefy the vapor. CONSTITUTION:Fluids A, B, whose temperature is between the room temperature and 200 deg.C, flow with waste heat. The fluid A flows into a heat exchanger 3 to change a working substance into pressurized vapor. The pressurized vapor is introduced into a turbine 9 to generate motive power. After that, the vapor is cooled by a heat exchanger 10, into which a cold source obtained by an absorption-type refrigeration method is intorudced from a cooler 22.
