Abstract
PURPOSE:To decompose a sample with good repeatability, by discharging to the outside of a system the gas generated from a vessel, without leakage into a heating vessel by providing a gas collecting device on the upper part inside a microwave heating vessel and by permitting it to hold a sample decomposing vessel. CONSTITUTION:A generated gas collecting device 12 is hanged transversely over the upper part within a microwave heating vessel 3 and a sample decomposing vessel 11 is loaded freely detachably to a plural number of openings provided on the collecting device 12. Clean air is passed through the flow path in the collecting device 12 and discharged to the outside of the system via a microwave filtrating plate 14 and a conduit tube 5. A microwave controller 2 is then actuated to generate a microwave by a magnetron 8 and a radiated into a microwave heating vessel 3 from an opening 9, thereby heating a sample in the vessel 11 and a decomposing agent 10. At this time, air accompanied with gas generated from vessel 11, flowing through the flow path in the collecting device 12, is led out to the outside of the system through the conduit 5. Through the process, a high precision decomposing treatment is conducted without contamination in the decomposing vessel 11.
