Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the processing and to enable to record statistical information, by providing a managing file for data management and enabling to input data at the same time to one file. CONSTITUTION:Data are written in the order of sequential number inputted to a data file 5 independently of route of input from either of stations 2 and 3. On the other hand, to which location of the data file 5 data inputted from the stations 2 and 3 are recorded in a data managing section 9 of managing files 6 and 7 is managed at the stations 2 and 3 respectively. When the data input of the stations 2 and 2 is completed, information relating to job statistics is written in a job statistic recording section 8 of the managing files 6 and 7. Further, in performing renewal of data, check of keying, and retrieval and the like, the managing section 9 is referenced and data are read out from the data file 5.
