Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable picking up of goods effectively by providing an indicator which indicates a quantity and a storing location of the goods to be taken out on a shelf equipment containing a large number of different goods. CONSTITUTION:Different kinds of goods 12 are contained in each of casings 13 of a variable shelf 10 respectively. In this shelf equipment, an indication lamp 16 showing the goods to be taken out is provided in front of the every cassing 13, a digital indicator 17 indicating a quantity of the goods 12 to be taken out is provided on a suitable location of the front and a push button switch 18 generating a taking out operation completion signal is provided. Then these indicators 16 and 17 are controlled by a data indication controller 19 which is controlled by a computor 20. Namely, data of the goods to be taken out are transmitted from the computor 20 to the data indication controller 19.
