CONSTITUTION:Intermediate position magnetic pole side NS pole sides 7 providing both sides of an N pole 5 and S pole 6 fixed to a housing side and locating at the inner diameter of a cylinder are used as a stator magnetic field and an N-pole outer diameter side 8 and an S-pole outer diameter side 9 are engaged at the upper and lower sides to fix to a shaft 1 and to use as a rotor magnetic field. Then, the rotor magnetic field is inserted into the stator magnetic field.
