Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the reduction in weight and a manufacturing cost, by a method wherein lever bodies are secured so that they protrude toward the rear of first and second pressure-receiving diaphragm pointing the same direction, a lever is pivotally mounted between the lever bodies, and a pressure difference is determined based on a displacement produced at the lever bodies. CONSTITUTION:Notches 33a and 33b are formed in opposite end parts of an upper surface 32 of a transmitting device body 31, and notches 34 are provided in an under surface. A metal block 37 mates with the notches 34. Holes 35a, 35b and 38a, 38b, connecting the upper and lower notches, are formed. The holes 35a and 35b are connected with a hole 36. Diaphragms 40a and 40b are placed in the notches 33a and 33b, each of an end at one side of lever bodies 41a and 41b is secured to the under surface, and the other end is coupled to each of moving electrodes 46a and 46b. A lever 43 is located in a recess 36, the central part thereof is supported by a support member 44, and the opposite ends are pivotally attached to the lever bodies 41a and 41b. Corresponding to a differential pressure produced at the diaphragms 40a and 40b, the moving electrodes 46a and 46b move in the opposite direction to each other and a pressure difference is determined by finding a change in capacity.
