Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled hot-dipped steel plate by refining an extra- low carbon steel contg. Mn, Al, Ti and one or more among Nb, Mo and V and by subjecting the steel to casting, hot rolling under specified conditions, cold rolling, annealing and Al hot-dipping. CONSTITUTION:A steel consistig of 0.001-0.02% C, <=1.0% Mn, 0.01-0.10% Al, 0.1-0.5% Ti in >=10 ratio of Ti/(C+N), one or more among 0.10-0.30% Nb, 0.10-0.50% Mo and 0.10-0.50% V, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is refined. This molten steel is made an ingot and bloomed or continuously cast, and hot-rolled at a temp. above the gamma-alpha transformation point. The hot- rolled steel is cold-rolled in an ordinary process, and it is annealed at a temp. below the gamma-alpha transformation point and subjected to Al hot-dipping with an in-line annealing type continuous Al hot-dipping apparatus in a nonoxidizing atmosphere. After annealing at a temp. below the gamma-alpha transformation point, Al hot-dipping may be carried out using a flux.
