Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles or the like from being generated on a surface facing material by a method wherein a leaf spring clip for rotatably holding a shaft is fixed to a support. CONSTITUTION:In order to shield the direct solar radiation, an end of a sun visor 20 being not used is gripped by the hand, then the sun visor 20 is roatated around the shaft 22 against a rotation-braking force of the leaf spring clip 24 and the grip is released at the position where the direct solar radiation is shielded by the sun visor 20. Even the grip is released, the sun visor 20 is maintained at the abovementioned position by the rotation-braking force of the clip 24, so that the direct solar radiation is shielded. When the direction of the solar radiation is changed, the position of the sun visor 20 is controlled to follow up the solar raidation in the same manner as mentioned above.
