Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the charge amount of a casting material and lower the force required for forming by a split form of a bush fitting part wherein a cast arm and a braceket are integrated with each other by press fitting. CONSTITUTION:The bush fitting part 3 is in the split form integrated by press fitting of the bracket 5, thereby contriving to reduce the charge amount of the casting material, lower the force required for forming, as well as to reduce the amount of an axcess metal 12a at the bush fitting part 3a and simplify the finishing of an inside peripheral surface. In addition, a solder material 11 is provided between the part 10 and the bracket 5 in the form of a double ring to prevent the penetration of water for a long period of time, thereby enhancing the durability.
