Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the insulating and coil working properties by mounting an insulator mixed with thermosetting resin with aromatic polyamide wick having a collar along the inside of a coil and along the end face of the coil between a core and a coil. CONSTITUTION:Resin mixed with 5-30wt% of aromatic polyamide wick made of fiber of shorter than 10mum in length with thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin, phenol resin, etc. is molded in a mode of shape having a collar along the profile or cylindrical profile or a ?-shaped core 1 and along the end face of a coil 4 between the core 1 or a cylindrical shaft and the coil 4 mounted thereon, thereby producing a molded insulated part 6. Then, this part is mounted on the core 1, an insulated coil 4 is wound without any reinforcing insulation, the thermosetting resin is then immersed in vacuum, and is thermally set. In this manner, the insulated coil having excellent insulation and capable of automatic coiling can be obtained.
