Abstract
PURPOSE:To vary the reference voltage in accordance with the external logical amplitude, by controlling the current obtained from the reference voltage and flows to a resistance from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage circuit contains two constant current sources (Q10; R10) and (Q11, R11). A control terminal 12 is led out of the source (Q11; R11), and the other source (Q10; R10) is connected to a terminal 11 of a reference voltage source within a chip. When no control signal is applied to the terminal 12, the transistor TRQ11 is cut off to apply the reference potential to a small logical amplitude to the base of a TRQ8. When the logical amplitude applied to input terminals 9 and 10 is large, the terminal 12 is connected to the terminal 11 to increase the reference voltage.
