Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the performance by spreading the mixed liquid dipersed with a carbon powder mixed with a metallic powder on the inner face of a cell container to form a film having many convex then contacting it with a positive pole to reduce the contact resistance between the positive pole and the container. CONSTITUTION:The stainless steel powder of 50-100mesh is mixed uniformly in the solution where the carbon powder is dispersed in the water glass, water or an organic solvent then applied on the inner face of a positive terminal/container 2 made of stainless steel to form a current collecting member 3 made of a conductive carbon film having many fine and sharp convex. Then a positive pole 1 is arranged on it while a negative pole 5 made of a separator 4 impregnated with the electrolyte and lithium is further arranged to form a cell. Consequently the contact resistance between the positive pole 1 and the container 2 can be reduced quite easily resulting in the cosiderable improvement of the workability and the discharge performance.
