Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable reducing of a manufacturing cost, by a method wherein a circuit is constituted such that, only depending on the connection of a projecting element, the circuit is brought into a monolithical-synchronous system in the case of connection, and is brought into a separate type-asynchronous system in the case of non-connection. CONSTITUTION:In case an LED 61 is not connected, a t-point is brought into LOW, and thereby a gate signal u is always brought to HIGH, which results in preventing an AND circuit 38 from gating. Meanwhile, an output of an inverter 52 is always brought to LOW, and thereby an output of an AND gate 38 is also always brought to LOW, which results in preventing an extra pulse from being added via an OR circuit 42. Thus, an FF14 is regularly reset by means of a signal m, a projecting pulse 3, regularly generated, is used as a regular clock signal, and only operations for said part to remove noise are conducted. This enables constituting of a circuit at a collecting side of an asynchronous system simply by not connecting an LED 61.
