Then, a program memory 6 compares and collate the instruction stored in the device 5 with preset communication agreement patterns in the memory 6 to extract one of them. Thus, one optional kind of agreement is extracted from the communication agreements and address data information, etc., to be required actually is translated according to the extracted communication agreement.
