Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the variation of oscillating output and the variation of the position of beams by directly passing air heated by the generation of heat of a laser pipe through a suction cylinder, introducing the air to a power supply by a duct and discharging the air to the outside by means of the fan of the power supply section. CONSTITUTION:Reflectors 2, 2' and the laser tube 1 are mounted to a laser proper 3, and a suction pipe 4 is further set up to the upper section of the laser tube 1. Suction ports 5 are formed to the suction pipe 4 so as to be able to suck the air heated by the laser tube 1. The suction pipe 4 is connected to the duct 6 at the outside of the proper 3, and connected to the power supply 7. The fan 8 is mounted to the power supply 7, and the air heated by the laser pipe 1 is discharged to the outside by means of the fan 8. Accordingly, since most of the generation of heat of the laser tube 1 are discharged to the outside and the proper 3 is not heated, the proper is not deformed, and the oscillating output of a laser and the position of the beams are not varied.
