Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce quantity of part times in a cleaner, by providing a flange part in an inner wall of a case and a filter element on a surface at the side of an opening of the flange part and pressing the filter element to the flange part with a cap.
CONSTITUTION: A flange part 17 is formed on a cross sectional inner wall of a case internal chamber 16 between the opening part 11 and communication opening of a case 12, and the edge part of a wire net 18 is fixedly screwed to a lower surface of the flange part 17 simultaneously the peripheral edge part of a filter element 19 of plate shape is placed on an upper surface of the flange part. Then constitution is such that a cap 20, to close the opening part 11 throughout its full circumference, is mounted by press fitting an upper end edge 21 of the case 12 and a groove 22 through a sealing material 40, further by screwing, tightening and fixing a stop screw 25 through an embedded nut 23 and a screw insertion hole 24 of the cap 20, simultaneously the peripheral edge part of the filter element 19 is pressed into upper surfaces of the flange part 17 by a retaining member 26 of the cap 20, thus the fixing and sealing efficiency can be increased. In this way, a separately formed retaining frame can be eliminated permitting the improvement of assembly quality.
