Abstract

PURPOSE:To mold easily the shape of the bottom of a bottle which can not be molded by mere blown-in air pressure by a structure wherein a false bottom molding die is provided in a hollow blow molding die and the false bottom molding die is raised in the blow molding process. CONSTITUTION:By dropping the false bottom molding die 3 and performing a blow molding, parison material is stretched and approached near the point 1 of the die to obtain a shape 5. When the false bottom molding die 3 is raised up to a desired position while the parison keeps the quantity of heat at its deforming temperature, the area which does not come in contact with both the false bottom molding die 3 and the cavity wall surface is stretched without being cooled and hardened until it touches the false bottom molding die 3.
