Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a titled heater of reduced energy loss and material loss in heating by incising a part of the circumferential wall of a long sized cylindrical body having a heating means in the inside in its longitudinal direction, thereby forming a groove for putting in and out of a metallic wire body. CONSTITUTION:A metallic wire body 17 is beforehand taken out of a groove 2 for putting in and out of a metallic wire body of a nozzle cover 1 and is kept removed. A gas is fed into a feed pipe 14, and is ejected through flame ejection holes 15, by which it is ignited and is burned with the aid of air or the like through suction holes 4. Thence, the body 17 is replaced in the groove, and when it is held in place in the position near the top plate 5 of the cover 1 above the flame ejection holes 15 of a nozzle 8, the moving thereof into an arrow direction is started, whereby the body 17 is heated. To end the heating, the stop of supply of the gas and the stop of the transfer of the body 17 are accomplished simultaneously, and the body 16 is removed from the heater and is put in the state of an imaginary line. Thereby, the excessive heating of the metallic wire by the after heat of the heater is prevented.
