Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the wall surface of a desuperheater from being erroded, by generating a signal from degree of opening of a steam control valve to transmit a signal for degree of opening of a cooling water control valve which gives cooling water by a volume required for making steam passing a by-pass valve at the time of full load shut off. CONSTITUTION:A signal 14 for degree of opening of a steam control valve 3 is transmitted to an opening device 15 of a cooling water control valve 12. At the opening control device 15, a volume of passing steam proportionate to then opening of the steam control valve 3 is calculated. This value is to become the volume of steam passing a by-pass valve 9 at the time of full load shut off. Further, by this opening control device 15, a required opening of the cooling water control valve is calculated from the volume of steam passing the by-pass valve 9, and an opening of the cooling water control valve is set. When a signal 13 for opening degree is put in from the by-pass valve 9, the cooling water control valve 12 is to allow cooling water to flow by the degree of opening set in accordance with the opening of the steam control valve 3. And therefore, volume of waste water to be sent into a steam condenser 6 due to surplus cooling water is reduced, and as a result, occurrence of errosion is prevented.
