Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent buckling and deformation of a flat tube at bending part when bending it in zig-zag shape, by providing enforcing rib at parts of the flat tube of a tube half to be bent. CONSTITUTION:The C' part of a tube half is pressed to make straight C part of completed flat tube 4 while the part D' makes the D part in a completed zig-zag shaped flat tube. The plurality of enforcing ribs 7 are press worked at D' parts along the length of the tube half. When bent, the enforcing ribs 7 of both tube halves work together resisting the bending force making rugged construction, preventing buckling and deformation.
