Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit a flip-flop forming a signal-voltage detecting circuit to operate stably and securely without any influence of variance in the threshold voltages of transistors (TR) by driving the flip-flop by MOSTRs. CONSTITUTION:Transistors TRQ1 and Q2 of an FF forming a signal-voltage detection part F are driven through MOSTRs Q6 and Q7 connecting with capacitors C4 and C5 of a driving part G. When the TRs Q1 and Q2 are turned on, DELTAV4=V0-V2 and DELTAV5=V0-V1, where V0 is a voltage to which capacitors C1 and C2 are charged without reference to the threshold levels of the TRs Q1 and Q3, V1 and V2 are the gate voltages of the TRs Q1 and Q2, and N4 and N5 are the nodal points of the sources or drains of the TRs Q1 and C2 while DELTAV4 and DELTAV5 are voltage drops by discharging the capacitors C4 and C5. Consequently, the signal-voltage detecting circuit consists of the flip-flop which operates stably and securely without reference to the influences of the variance of the threshold voltages of the TRs and their secular changes.
