Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic watch easy to use by transference and indication of plural memory informations in response to the operation of a switch or automatic transference and indication thereof sequentially at a fixed speed by the holding operation of a switch. CONSTITUTION:As each operation of a switch is performed, the output of a terminal MSIN of a manual shift circuit 1420 connected to a basic watch circuit turns to a high level. Synchronized with this signal, pulses are generated from a gate 1442 to set the timing of a gate 1423, which generates a signal CONSTphi to control clock pulses of a circulation shift registor storing plural informations. As each operation of a switch is performed, plural memory informations are manually displayed in sequence on the same indicator. On the other hand, when the operation of the switch is continued for more than 2 seconds, with pulses of 1Hz, the signal CONTphi turns to a quick feed pulse through an automatic feed timer gate 1421 and automatically transfers and indicates memory information sequentially at a fixed speed, for example, the continuous operation period of the switch or the like. Thus, an electronic watch with improved handleability can be obtained.
