Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate ill effect to the pressure sensitive element of a pressure sensor for a high temperature object to be measured by constructing a cover for pre-loading that covers the pressure sensitive element. CONSTITUTION:A large amount of heat from the combustion chamber of a cylinder is blocked by a pressure receiving plug 18 that is a slender bar doby and the heat is prevented from flowing to a cover 16 for pre-loading and a pressure sensitive element 14. The side faces of the cover 16 for pre-loading are formed in the shape of bellow. When the cover 16 expands with higher temperature, the expansion is absorbed by the bellow shape 161, so that the contact between the cover 16 and the pressure sensitive element 14 is kept constant.
