An adhesive is applied on the surface of the body 1 to fasten the fixed slit plate so that the fixed slit plate will be fastened as positioned. The jig 12 is pulled out and a rotary slit plate is mounted in stead. This simplifies the operation while allowing eased working accuracy of parts.
