Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a characteristic of installing the electrical cable by a method wherein some concave portions for fitting the electrical heating panels therein are made in the upper surface of the main body of the frame and at the same time a duct part for the electrical cable is arranged at one side of the concave portions. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular shaped circumferential frame 6 is arranged along the upper circumferential part of the floor panel 5 to form the main body of the frame 1 and some panel installing concave portions 3 are formed by the circumferential frame 6. Further, grooved cable installing duct 8 having an upper open end is arranged in the concave portions 3 along the inner side surface at one side of a longitudinal one of the circumferential frame 6, then a cover 9 is provided on it. With this arrangement, it is possible to fit the electrical heating panel 2 in the concave portion 3, store the electrical cable 15 in the duct 8 and set the cover 9 on it to facilitate a storing of the feeding cable under a positive operation.
