Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature motor generator capable of producing different output voltage with a simple structure by dividing the armature coil of the generator into two to generate different output voltage from both coils. CONSTITUTION:A current controlled by a field regulator 4 from the output of the armature coil 5D of the generator of a motor generator 5 is supplied to the separately-excited field coil 2B of a motor for an electric motor vehicle. The generator 5 is composed of an armature coil 5A of the motor, two armature coils 5B, 5D of the generator, and a field coil of the common rotor of the motor and the generator. The output of one motor coil 5B is supplied to loads 7 such as a cooler, a heater, a cooling blower and the like, and the output of the other armature coil 5D is supplied to a field regulator 4. The armatures 5B, 5D are formed so that the output voltages of the coils 5B, 5D become voltages adapted for the loads 7 and the regulator 4.
