Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a well balanced acoustic characteristic, by taking paper- made honeycomb core as a core member, and constituting a diaphragm plate of honeycomb sandwich construction through the lamination of paper-made thin film on both sides of the core member via two-liquid normal temperature curing type urethane adhesives. CONSTITUTION:A number of hexagonal unit core cells 2 are arranged adjacently to form honeycomb form for a core 1 being core member. The unit core cell 2 is made of thin film, 0.05mm. thick and 3mm. high, and the minimum diameter of hollow part is 9mm.. 3 is a skin in contact with both front and rear sides of the core 1 and made of thin paper film made of unwoven sulfate pulp, 0.2mm. thick and 0.8g/cm<3> dense. The core 1 being the core member and the skin 3 are sticked with two-liquid normal curing type urethane adhesives 4.
