When transmission stations STa and STc have transmission requests, the station STa starts sending information shortly after detecting the transmission start signal POL. Even when detecting the transmission start signal, the station STc waits for transmission until a transmission waiting time allotted to the station passes. During this period, the station STc knows that the station STa is in process of transmission, so it gives up its transmission. On detecting the completion of the transmission by the transmission station, the control station CST enters into next transmission.
