Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a responding property, to decrease a temperature drift, and also to prevent clogging of dust, by leading a fluid for operating a pressure compensating valve through a throttle from between a pressure compensating valve and a control throttle, in a flow rate control valve having a pressure compensating valve. CONSTITUTION:A fluid for operating a pressure compensating valve is led into a spring chamber 33 through a throttle 30 from in a spool 2 having a pressure compensating valve 20 and a control throttle 13, and also is drained through a pilot relief valve 40. Accordingly, even if the control throttle 13 is fully closed when load is being operated, the pilot relief valve unloads presssure of the spring chamber 33 of the pressure compensating valve through the control throttle, therefore, a responding property is good, and since a fluid of the throttle 30 and the throttle 31 flows into the pilot relief valve, clogging of dust does not occur, and a temperature drift caused by influence of pressure drop of a passage 2d and a passage 12 is decreased, too.
