Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a cooling duct easily with a shielding plate, the endurance of a case, and obtain a hollow-core reactor of high-quality, by containing each coil of a single-phase coil within a cylindrical three-phase case. CONSTITUTION:A guard 11 projected inside is formed at the inner bottom circle of a cylindrical case 1. Each coil 4 is arranged in the case 1 so that each center line should be located at the top of a single right triangle approximately. A fan-shaped shielding plate 9 along with the coil 4 is fastened with a coil fastening bolt 7 to touch the top of a bottom coil fastening plate 6 of the coil 4. The fan-shaped linear liner of each shielding plate 9 is extended to the case 1 radius. The position is arranged to have a contact with the corresponding liner of neighboring shielding plate 9. Then, the fan-shaped outer arc is positioned to overlap on the guard 11 around the case 1. A fluid duct 10 is formed between the shielding plate 9 and the case 1 bottom 13. The case 1 is improved in endurance and the hollow-core reactor is made highly qualitative.
