Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce fine atomized particles in an atomizer having an electric vibrator therein by a method wherein a small diameter nozzle is arranged at a place where a base body having a pressure chamber of hone-shape is narrowed.
CONSTITUTION: Electric vibrator element 4 is arranged at a base body 3 having a pressure chamber 2 of hone-shape 1, a nozzle part 5 is arranged at a place where a hone shape 1 of the base body 3 is reduced in its size, and the base body 3 is provided with a liquid supply port 6 for supplying liquid to be charged in the pressure chamber 2 at the base body 3. The electric element is composed of a piezo-electric element 4b, electrode 4a and vibrating plate 4c. When alternating current is applied between the electrode 4a and the vibrating plate 4c, kerosene is atomized and injected by a torsion vibrating nozzle 5a. Diameter of the nozzle 5a may be made to a small size of several μ, so that a stable combustion may be performed.
