CONSTITUTION:Information A1, A2, A3, A4 (same content) are recorded on endless tape recorders 11, 12, 13, 14 with shifted phase at each 1/4 of the entire period so that the information can be outputted to access signals C1, C2-Cn via switch circuits 21, 22, 23, 24. Acess signal lines are connected to an OR circuit 3 which detects the presence of access, and the output is transmitted to a control circuit 4, which selects the information source with the nearest head time when the access is made, allowing to transmit the information from the switch circuits 21-24 with the operation of a timing signal generator 6.
