Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the distortion of the output signal, by feeding back the output signal to the input side in a high frequency amplifier where a tuning circuit is connected to the output terminal.
CONSTITUTION: A tuning circuit 4 is connected to an output terminal 3, and a feedback circuit 9 where a resistance 10 and a neutralizing capacitor 11 are connected in series is connected between the output terminal 3 and an input terminal 2. Consequently, since the output signal is fed back as a current to the input side through the feedback circuit 9, the amplification factor is controlled without lowering of the output impedance to stabilize the frequency characteristic of the output signal. Further, since a resistance for damper required conventionally in the tubing circuit is omitted, the linearity is improved, and the distortion of the output signal is reduced.
