Abstract
PURPOSE:To make setting of alarm-, snooze- and test functions possible with one piece of terminal by providing a 3 value detection circuit to an alarm input teminal. CONSTITUTION:When the input ALIN of a three values detecting circuit 5 constituted of inverters 21 and 22 of different threshold voltages and AND gates 25 and 26, etc. changes to a low level upon arriving of an alarm time, the outputs ALM, ALH of the gates 25, 26 go respectively to low levels. By the inversion of the output ALH, a snooze storage circuit 8 is set by a chopping circuit 7, and the interruption of an NAND gate 35 is released by an NOR gate 34. Thereby, an AND gate 37 is opened, and the prescribed frequency divided stage output of the 1st frequency dividing circuit 2 is generated as an alarm driving signal, so that the timepiece is set in an alarm state from an ordinary state. When in this state the output ALH is changed to low, high and low levels by changing the input ALIN, the snooze state is set similarily, and when the input ALIN is set at an intermediate value, the test state is set, thus the setting of the respective functions is selected with one piece of terminal.
