Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate the wasteful consumption of chemical liquid by disposing sample guide paths made of non-magnetic materials which are provided along the wall parts of chemical liquid vessels and have communicating ports permitting the communication of the chemical liquid between said chemical liquid vessels. CONSTITUTION:Partition walls 1c having a large number of holes as communicating ports permitting the communication between chemical liquid vessels 1 are provided in said vessels 1 along their outside wall parts, and sample guide paths 11 are formed by said walls 1c. This device is provided with sample conveying means for moving samples along the respective paths 11 and inverted U-pipes 2 and subjecting them sequentially to fixing, dehydrating and osmosis. At the time of transferring the sample from a certain chemical liquid vessel 1 to the next vessel with such constitution, its spilling between the vessels 1, 1 does not occur, and the device which does not consume the chemical liquid wastefully is obtained.
