Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the insulation between taps of a high voltage transformer by providing coil bobbins independently divided corresponding to the number of necessary taps, inserting the bobbins as individual coil blocks into a core, connecting the respective coils in series and readily treating between the taps. CONSTITUTION:The secondary coil bobbin 5 of high voltage side forming a high voltage transformer is divided into divided coil bobbins 5 corresponding to the number of the required taps, secondary coils 6 are respectively wound on the divided bobbins 5, and lead wires 7 are respectively led from the coils 6. The primary coil 3 is wound on the primary bobbin 2 of low voltage side, the bobbin 2 is inserted into a core 1, and lead wires 4 are led out. The coil blocks of the bobbins 5 thus individually divided are sequentially inserted into the core 1 to which the bobbin 2 is inserted, the lead wires 7 are connected in series, are used as tap, an insulation treatment between the taps is simply performed, and a high performance of the high voltage transformer can be obtained.
