Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it stable and secure to transmit and receive information by utilizing a signal transmitted from a center station without specially providing a transmitting circuit device at each terminal station participating in wire transmission. CONSTITUTION:A center station, after transmitting calling pulses to a specific subordinate station among terminal stations, sends out clock pulses composed of a periodic and repetitive string of a prescribed mark and space signal. The called subordinate station changes the mark signal or space signal in the clock pulses into the space or mark signal according to transmitted data and transmits it to the center station. The said subordinate station rectifies and smooths the received clock pulses, generates a reference level by the output and then by comparing this reference level with the level of said received clock pulse signal discrimination is secured.
