Abstract
PURPOSE: To arrange so that an abnormal condition may easily be monitored by making an analytical period when an oscillation signal is input variable in response to the rotary frequency of a rotary machine, fourier-analyzing the analytical period and judging an abnormality through comparison of the analytical results with a preset limited value.
CONSTITUTION: A high-speed input device 4 outputs an input oscillation signal Siv based on an output (analytical period signal) from an analytical period arithmetic device 9 which operates an oscillation signal Sv and a number of rotations NR according to a formula I. FFT analytical device 10 carries out FFT analysis based on an input oscillation signal Siv, outputting an amplitude value a1 to a comparator 11. The comparator 11 compares a limited value memorized beforehand corresponding to the number of rotations NR with an output from FFT analytical device 10 and selects either of "abnormality", "caution" or "normality" depending on the comparison results and displays it on an indicator 12.
