PURPOSE:To make sure that a broadcast has been delivered by judging the logic distance by comparing a received identification code of every broadcast to a group of identification signals, read out of a memory, for broadcast programs that are required to be confirmed. CONSTITUTION:Received data sent from a receiver through circuit controller 72, etc., are stored in memory areas 70a, 70b... of buffer memory 70. Computer 80, on the other hand, writes numbers and identification signals of that day in pattern memory 86 by channels from file 84 in which numbers, identification signals and broadcast dates of requested broadcasts. Then, computer 80 compares the contents of memory 70 to those of memory 86 at comparator 74 to send their logical distances to table 76. When the minimum logical distance is not more than a threshold level, it is judged that the broadcast has been delivered.
